Your partner doesn't understand why 'simple' things feel so hard, and you're exhausted from trying to explain or just masking how much you're struggling.

Maybe you were only recently diagnosed, and suddenly your whole life makes sense. The relief is real, but so is the grief for all those years of thinking you were somehow broken or lazy. Or perhaps you've known about your ADHD for years but are still searching for strategies that actually work for adult life.

How I help

I work with adults at all stages of their ADHD journey. Whether you were diagnosed last month or decades ago, whether you're exploring options instead of medication, using coaching alongside medication, or want additional support beyond what medication alone provides.

For professionals and executives, we focus on the workplace challenges that ADHD creates: managing priorities when everything feels urgent, delegating effectively, leading teams when your own systems feel shaky, and avoiding the burnout that comes from constantly compensating. Having spent 23 years in executive roles before my own ADHD diagnosis in my 40s, I understand the unique pressures of maintaining professional credibility while managing ADHD symptoms.

For daily life management, we build sustainable systems for the things that drain your energy: household administration, finances, time management and maintaining relationships. Not rigid schedules that fall apart the first time life happens, but flexible frameworks that work with your ADHD brain.

For those newly diagnosed, we work through what this diagnosis means for you, reframing your past experiences and building a path forward that embraces your strengths rather than constantly battling your weaknesses.

Beyond coaching strategies

As a qualified mind-body practitioner as well as an ADHD coach, we can also explore lifestyle and environmental factors where there are often significant wins. Sleep quality, nutrition, exercise, stress management, and even how you've set up your living and working spaces can have a profound impact on ADHD symptoms. These foundational elements often create the stability that makes everything else possible.

Throughout our work together, the focus is on building a life that works for you, not forcing yourself to fit into neurotypical expectations. ADHD brings real strengths - creativity, hyperfocus, thinking differently, and the goal is to structure your life in a way that lets those strengths shine. Many clients choose to stay with me after our initial programme together, but I also pride myself on leaving you with the knowledge and tools to self-coach long after our work together is done.
