We start by identifying exactly what YOUR ADHD looks like in a professional context. Using comprehensive analytical assessments based on the 7 types of ADHD, we pinpoint your specific challenges and, crucially, your genuine strengths. No two executives with ADHD are the same - a detailed leader with rejection sensitivity needs different strategies than an innovative visionary who struggles with follow-through.

Having spent 23 years in executive roles before my own ADHD diagnosis in my 40s, including serving as Operations Director at a national organisation, I understand the unique pressures you face. The need to appear confident while feeling overwhelmed. The fear that asking for support signals weakness. The exhaustion of maintaining a professional mask while your brain is working overtime.


Education: Building Your Executive Operating System

This isn't about generic time management tips or productivity hacks that work for neurotypical brains. You'll learn ADHD-specific strategies designed for how your brain actually functions, with a focus on executive-level challenges, which for you may or may not include:

Strategic thinking & prioritisation - Moving from reactive to proactive leadership, making decisions with clarity rather than overwhelm, and distinguishing between urgent and important when your brain treats everything as NOW.

Meeting mastery - Preparing efficiently, staying engaged without zoning out, tracking action items, and following through on commitments without the usual shame spiral when things slip.

Delegation & team leadership - Communicating clearly when your thoughts are racing, setting expectations you can actually meet, and leading effectively even when your own systems feel chaotic.

Email & communication - Building sustainable systems for staying on top of correspondence, responding thoughtfully rather than impulsively, and managing the mental load of constant communication.

Energy & executive presence - Understanding how your nervous system affects your leadership, managing stimulation levels throughout the day, and showing up as your best self consistently, not just in crisis mode.
