Executive Success Programme
12-week personalised coaching for career-focused adults with ADHD
You've built a successful career, maybe even reached leadership positions that others aspire to. But the truth is, you're exhausted. You're working twice as hard as your colleagues just to appear 'together', and the strategies that got you this far are starting to fail. The higher you climb, the more complex the demands; and the more your ADHD symptoms interfere with the image you need to project.
Perhaps you're:
Struggling to prioritise when everything feels urgent
Missing important details in high-stakes meetings despite your preparation
Putting off difficult conversations or decisions, then facing the consequences
Working late nights just to catch up on basic admin others seem to handle effortlessly
Worried that people will discover you're "winging it" more than they realise
Experiencing burnout from the constant mental effort of masking and compensating
The Executive Success Programme takes you from firefighting to leading with confidence.
Discovery: Understanding Your Executive ADHD
We start by identifying exactly what YOUR ADHD looks like in a professional context. Using comprehensive analytical assessments based on the 7 types of ADHD, we pinpoint your specific challenges and, crucially, your genuine strengths. No two executives with ADHD are the same - a detailed leader with rejection sensitivity needs different strategies than an innovative visionary who struggles with follow-through.
Having spent 23 years in executive roles before my own ADHD diagnosis in my 40s, including serving as Operations Director at a national organisation, I understand the unique pressures you face. The need to appear confident while feeling overwhelmed. The fear that asking for support signals weakness. The exhaustion of maintaining a professional mask while your brain is working overtime.
Education: Building Your Executive Operating System
This isn't about generic time management tips or productivity hacks that work for neurotypical brains. You'll learn ADHD-specific strategies designed for how your brain actually functions, with a focus on executive-level challenges, which for you may or may not include:
Strategic thinking & prioritisation - Moving from reactive to proactive leadership, making decisions with clarity rather than overwhelm, and distinguishing between urgent and important when your brain treats everything as NOW.
Meeting mastery - Preparing efficiently, staying engaged without zoning out, tracking action items, and following through on commitments without the usual shame spiral when things slip.
Delegation & team leadership - Communicating clearly when your thoughts are racing, setting expectations you can actually meet, and leading effectively even when your own systems feel chaotic.
Email & communication - Building sustainable systems for staying on top of correspondence, responding thoughtfully rather than impulsively, and managing the mental load of constant communication.
Energy & executive presence - Understanding how your nervous system affects your leadership, managing stimulation levels throughout the day, and showing up as your best self consistently, not just in crisis mode.
Success: Optimising Your Complete Performance
As a qualified mind-body practitioner as well as an ADHD coach, we also address the foundational elements that determine whether your strategies actually work:
Sleep quality and its massive impact on ADHD symptoms
Nutrition for optimal brain function and sustained energy
Movement and stress management tailored to executive lifestyles
Environmental design for your workspace, both at home and in the office
These aren't nice to haves. They're the fundamental difference between strategies that work for a week and systems that transform your career long-term.
What You Get
12 weekly one-to-one coaching sessions (1 x 90mins, 11 x 60 minutes) - online or in person, structured around your schedule and real-world challenges
Personalised ADHD type assessment - providing the clarity you need to understand exactly how your brain works and why certain situations trigger specific struggles
Practical tools you can implement immediately - not theory or coping strategies, but real systems designed for executive-level demands
Between-session support - weekly accountability check-ins and guidance when challenges arise, because real transformation doesn't happen just in our weekly calls
The Goal
By the end of 12 weeks, you'll understand your ADHD brain so well that you can troubleshoot your own challenges and adapt strategies as your career evolves. You'll have moved from constantly compensating to actually thriving, by using your ADHD strengths (like innovative thinking, hyperfocus, and pattern recognition) while having robust systems for the executive functions that don't come naturally.
This isn't about forcing yourself to fit neurotypical expectations. It's about building an operating system that lets you lead authentically and effectively, transforming your ADHD from a liability you hide into an asset you leverage.
