ADHD Clarity Session
£85 · 60 minutes · online or in person
A focused single session built for one purpose: to give you clarity. We'll look at where your ADHD is costing you the most right now, whether that's at work, at home, or in how you feel about yourself, and identify one clear, practical first step.
There's no obligation to continue afterwards. Some people book this as a one-off. Most use it as the first real conversation about what coaching could actually do for them.

Core Foundations
£600 · 6 sessions · 2 instalments of £300 · online or in person
Most people's ADHD struggles trace back to a handful of foundations that are out of balance: sleep, nutrition, movement, nervous system regulation, and dopamine management. Core Foundations is a structured six-session programme that works through each of these properly, tailored to your actual life rather than a generic checklist.
This is where most clients see the biggest shift. Not because the strategies are complicated, but because someone is finally helping you apply them in a way that fits how your brain works.
- Six 60-minute sessions, typically weekly or fortnightly
- A personalised plan covering sleep, food, movement, regulation and dopamine
- Practical tools and send-aways after every session
- A natural next step after a Clarity Session, or a starting point on its own
Ongoing Coaching
£130 per session · rolling · minimum 2 sessions · online or in person
For clients who've built their foundations and want continued support as life keeps moving. ADHD doesn't get "solved," it gets managed, and what needs managing changes: a new job, a relationship, a harder season, a new goal you're chasing.
Ongoing Coaching is open-ended. No fixed programme, no pressure to commit to a long block. You book what you need, when you need it.
- Flexible, rolling sessions booked as you need them

- Ideal after Core Foundations, or for returning clients

Common questions
Before you book
How do I know which option to start with?
If you're not sure yet, start with a free 20-minute call. We'll talk through where you are and I'll tell you honestly which option makes sense, even if that means just the Clarity Session for now.
What's the difference between this and just buying a course or app?
A course teaches you the framework. Coaching applies it to your actual life, with someone adjusting the approach as we learn what works for you specifically, and holding you accountable when things slip, which they will.
Do I need a formal diagnosis to work with you?
No. Plenty of clients start coaching while waiting for an assessment, or without ever pursuing a formal diagnosis. What matters is that ADHD traits are genuinely affecting your life.
Can I stop after Core Foundations if I don't want ongoing coaching?
Yes, completely. Core Foundations is designed to stand on its own. Ongoing Coaching is there if and when you want it, never a requirement.
Do you coach in person or only online?
Both. Most sessions happen online, which works well for most clients regardless of where they're based. In-person sessions are available across Cheltenham and The Cotswolds by arrangement.
